1) Reason for opening of YouTube account

In fact, I opened and activated my YouTube account with the following reasons and interests. But when my YouTube account was suspended, I felt irritated and sad that the reasons shown on the website were ridiculous, meaning the charges leveled against me are unsustainable. I uploaded almost 8 to 10 videos related to the tours, recorded by me through my own mobile, and I tried to follow all community guidelines, including background music used by me downloaded from websites allowing free downloads, and I never used any videos owned by a third party or now owned by me. I hate those and the way my YouTube account was suspended. 

The reasons that I took interest in opening of my YouTube account were-

1.       I was working in the  company on a Group B post, related to the Software and training, for which I used to hold online training session through PPT or video recordings, which created an interest to go for YouTube.

2.    My friends and relatives suggested me to send some lectures through video recording.

3.       I have no interest in earning money through YouTube channel or no intention to find out other source of income.

4.    Developing contact: Interacting with viewers via live streaming, comments, and other interactive elements can promote a feeling of belonging and community.

5.     Gaining self-esteem and confidence can be achieved by overcoming the difficulties involved in producing and disseminating material.

6.    Knowledge sharing: Sharing knowledge means our knowledge is multiplied. One's knowledge and comprehension of the world can be expanded by conducting research and producing material on a variety of subjects.

2) Politics:

I felt that I was being victimized in the politically motivated group for the harm that I had not done at all. But who cares? One cannot imagine that a YouTube account suspension can be frustrating and upsetting to the law-abiding people.

when I searched on Google as to what are sufferings of YouTubers whose accounts have been suspended or blocked, then I heard a lot of sad stories, as if they were not heard about. One of them said that when he submitted his appeal at the Google website in the format, he received the rejection reply within minutes of submission of the appeal.  He further added, How could they Google YouTube has checked his 15 minutes of videos and 100 lines of appeal within a minute.  One of them said that it means they have automated the reply and rejection in the system to handle and let people make hue and cry.

3) Observations

Anything that uses automated systems or shows videos to unwary viewers in an attempt to artificially raise views, likes, comments, or other metrics is prohibited by YouTube. However, a large number of YouTubers are providing the services.

4) While suspension they give the following:

They mentioned the following wordings to suspend my YouTube channel.

"Content that promotes spam, scams, or other deceptive practices isn’t allowed on YouTube."

My YouTube channels are :

From the above list of topics, I took a keen interest in editing and uploading to YouTube.  From the name of the topics themselves, it shows I have had no interest in making any spam or deceptive practices, as specified in the community guidelines, as I had no interest throughout of my life to adopt such malpractices, as I am a law-abiding citizen throughout my government service.  In my government service on a gazetted post, I tried to be honest and good officer so that my subordinates could learn and my organisations will never be in losses becouse of my wrong practicses.

I used the software "Filmora' on license basis by paying online a license fee  + Taxes per month, and I never downloaded any such software for editing of my videos, being a severity of the subject.  Even my son is employed in Adobe, and he offered me a license copy of Adobe's software, like "Adobe Express," "Adobe Premiere Pro," "Adobe Illustrator," and so on. He gave me a license number given by Adobe, with expiry date for the year.  I was using both Filmora and Adobe for editing of my videos, so that nobody could find anviy reason to blame me for a wrog practices.   I paid the license fee for Filmorea out of my pension payment, and I had no cent of income from YouTube. Rather, I joined YouTube without any intention of earning money.

I have no idea. as to what kindly of scam that they noticed in my videos, that was leading to wrong practices.  I  visited the following websites for free images or short videos or banners or thumbnails.

वक्त

वक्त किसी के लिए रुकता नहीं, ये जैसा भी हो बीत जाता है,

 वक्त रहते पैसों ko पाया जा सकता है लेकिन पैसों से वक्त को पाया नही जा सकता,

 वक्त अच्छा हो तो पराए भी अपने बन जाते हैं और वक्त बुरा हो तो अपने भी पराए हो जाते हैं,

 जब समय की मार पढ़ती है,  गरीब हो अमीर,  सबको हिसाब देना पढ़ता है

 वक्त के साथ बदलना सिखो।  वक्त के साथ चलने से , कामियाबी क़दम छूती हैं।  कामियाबी  सबको नहीं मिलती। वक्त की कद्र  जानने वालो को ही कामियाबी मिलती हैं 

 मुसीबतें / कठनायिया कितनी ही क्यों ना आ जाए , हर राह पर, मुसीबतों का हल निकलना सीखो ,

 तुम हर राह पर, चलना सीखो। वक्त के साथ बदलना सीखो। 

 मंज़िल उसे ही मिलती है  जिस को उसे पाने की चाहत होती है,  जिसे वक़्त की कद्र होती हैं

 मंज़िल पाने के लिए कड़ी मेहनत aur अच्छी लगन ki सख्त जरूरत होती है

 जीवन में ठोकरों से संभलना सीखो, वक्त के साथ बदलना सीखो।

 जीवन का नाम ही मेहनत है मेहनत करना सीखो, छूना है अगर आसमां तो अविरत होकर कठिन राहों पर भी चलना सीखो, वक्त के साथ तुम बदलना सीखो

 बुरा वक्त तो सबका आता हैं,  फर्क सिर्फ इतना है की ,  कोई बिखर जाता हैं, तो कोई निखर जाता हैं।

 वक़्त पे जो इंसान काम आता हैं,उसका चेहरा तो भुलाये से भी भुला नहीं जाता हैं।

 बुरा हो वक्त तो सब आजमाने लगते हैं,बड़ो को छोटे भी आँखे दिखाने लगते हैं,नये अमीरों के घर भूल कर भी मत जाना,हर एक चीज की कीमत बताने लगते हैं

 अभी साथ था अब खिलाफ है,वक्त का भी आदमी जैसा हाल है

 जो बातें वक्त सीखता है किताबो में ढूढना मुस्किल होता है

 वक़्त का ख़ास होना जरुरुई नहीं,ख़ास लोगों के लिए वक़्त का होना जरुरी हैं।

 बुरा वक्त भी कमाल का होता है जब भी आता है संभलना सीखा जाता है

 गम के अंधेरे में,खुद को बेकार ना कर,सुबह जरूर आएगी,सुबह का इंतजार कर

 कितना भी समेट लो हाथों से फिसलता ज़रूर है,ये वक्त है दोस्तों बदलता ज़रूर है

 वक़्त लगता है खुद को बनाने में,इसलिए वक़्त बर्बाद मत करो,बेवजह किसी को मनाने में।

 वक्त का मारा और बेसहारा बेफिजूल की बातो में अपना समय बर्बाद नही करते

 जब आपका बुरा वक्त आता है तो लोगो का बात करने का तरीका बदल जाता है

 पैसा कमाने के लिए इतना वक़्त खर्च ना करो की,पैसा खर्च करने के लिए ज़िन्दगी में वक़्त ही न मिले।

दूसरो के बुरे वक्त पर हसने वालो को भी  वक्त रुलाता हैं

वक्त ने ही  तो सिखाया है कौन अपना है और कौन पराया है

 वक्त भी बड़ा अजीब है जब बदलने पर आता है तो जरा भी वक्त नही देता ना तो संभलने का और ना ही सुधरने का।

बुरे वक्त में जो साथ दे वही तो सच्चे अपने होते हैं,  वही तो होते हैं जो दिल से आपको प्यार करते है,

कभी उनका हाथ और उनका साथ ना छोड़ना  जिन्होंने अपको कभी अकेला न छोड़ा

सफ़र में मुश्किलें आए ,तो हिम्मत और बढ़ती है …अगर कोई रास्ता रोके , तो जुर्रत और बढ़ती है….

जिस-जिस पर यह जग हंसा है , उसी ने इतिहास रचा है।

जो सही करने की हिम्मत उसी में आती है जो गलती करने से नहीं डरते है

रास्ते कभी खत्म नहीं होते बस लोग हिम्मत हार जाते हैं तैरना सीखना है तो पानी में उतरना ही होगा किनारे बैठकर कोई गोताखोर नहीं बनता..

महानता वह नहीं होती कि आप गिर गए और उठे ही ना महानता उसे कहते हैं जवाब गिरकर बार-बार उठते हैं

अगर आपने सफर शुरू कर ही दिया है तो बीच रास्ते से लौटने का कोई फायदा नहीं होगा क्योंकि वापस आने में जितनी दूरी तय होगी क्या पता मंजिल उससे भी पास हो

सपनों को सच करने से पहले सपनों को ध्यान से देखना होता है.

अगर आप सफल होना चाहते हो तो आपको अपने काम में एकाग्रता लानी होगी

जीवन में समस्याओं का सामना इसलिए करना पड़ता है ताकि हम उन से लड़कर और भी मजबूती के साथ निखर कर आये…

सफलता हमारा परिचय दुनिया से करवाती है और असफलता हमें दुनिया का परिचय करवाती है

जीत कर दिखाओ उनको जो तुम्हारी हार का इंतजार कर रहे हैं.

खुश रहने का मतलब ये नहीं कि सब कुछ ठीक है इसका मतलब ये है कि आपने  आपके दुखों से उपर उठकर जीना सीख लिया है

 परवाह आदर और थोड़ा समय यह वो दौलत हैं जो अक्सर हमारे अपने हम से चाहते हैं

जो तकलीफ तुम खुद बर्दाश्त नहीं कर सकते , वो किसी दूसरे को भी मत दो

अगर भाग्य पर भरोसा हैं तो जो तक़दीर मे लिखा हैं वही पाओगे,और अगर खुद पर भरोसा है तो ,जो चाहोगे वही पाओगे

समस्याएं हमारे जीवन मे बिना किसी वजह के नहीं आती। उनका आना इशारा है की हमें अपने जीवन मे कुछ बदलना है..

मंज़िल चाहे कितनी भी ऊंची क्यों ना हो , उसके रास्ते हमेशा पैरो के नीचे से ही जाते है 

जो अपने कदमो की काबिलियत पर विश्वास रखते हैं, वो ही अकसर मंजिल पर पहुंचते है

काबिल दोस्त का होना भी शायद तक़दीर होती हैं बहुत कम लोगों हाथों मे ये लकीर होती हैं

हमेशा खुद पर विश्वास रखना, क्योंकि एक पेड़ पर बैठा पक्षी. कभी भी डाल टूटने से नहीं डरता है क्योंकि उसका भरोसा डाल पर नहीं, वल्कि खुद के पंखों पर होता है

बारे दुनिया में रहो ग़म-ज़दा या शाद रहो  ऐसा कुछ कर के चलो याँ कि बहुत याद रहो 

हौसले भी किसी हकीम से कम नहीं होते, हर तकलीफ़ में ताकत की दवा देते हैं

लकीरें अपने हाथों की बनाना हमको आता है, वो कोई और होंगे अपनी किस्मत पे जो रोते हैं

उदासियों की वजहें तो बहुत हैं ज़िंदगी में, बेवजह खुश रहने का मजा ही कुछ और है

खुद को यूँ खोकर ज़िन्दगी को मायूस न कर, मंज़िलें चारों तरफ हैं रास्तों की तलाश कर

जिन के होठों पे हँसी पाँव में छाले होंगे, वही लोग अपनी मंज़िल को पाने वाले होंगे

मेरे हाथों की लकीरों के इज़ाफ़े हैं गवाह, मैंने पत्थर की तरह खुद को तराशा है बहुत

अशा लोकांना कधीच जवळ करू नका ज्यांना तुमच्या feelingsची कदर नाही आहे. ज्यांच्यासाठी तुम्ही सगळं काही तुमच्या आयुष्याच्या गोष्टी गमावल्या आहेत ज्यांच्यासाठी तुम्ही सगळ्या काही गोष्टी केल्यात आणि त्याच वेक्तीला आपल्या प्रेमाची किंमत कळत नसेल तर अश्या ला सोपं नाही जवळ करणे .

गुजरते हुए  साल ने हमी बहुत कुछ  सिखाया, कुछ मतलबी चेहरो और कुछ अपणो  ने भी  रंग दिखाया हैं , अब इस साल कुछ थोडा सम्बल कर चलना .  हात मिलाना है पर सबको गले नहीं लगाना हैं

Toleration / सहन

एक इंसान तब तक ही सहन करता है जब तक उसके सहने की  एक हद होती है, लेकिन जब वो हद पार हो जाती है,  तब ना  ही वह रिस्तो को ना अपनों को  जरुरी समझता है
